The self-defense mindset is arguably one of the most important tools you can develop to stay safe in a dangerous world. On Saturday, March 30th TMAFitness will be hosting a self-defense seminar focusing on mindset and situational awareness. We will discuss a framework that can be applied to situations to deal with problems before they escalate into a physical confrontation. One of the elements will be a system of color codes that can be utilized in our everyday lives.
