What is Strength Training?

Free weights are utilized to provide maximum range of motion and correct technique. Each muscle group is subjected to high-repetition intervals providing a full-body workout.
Weight training has the added benefit of burning calories long after your workout has ended as your body recovers and builds muscle.
How are Classes Structured?
Make no doubt about it, Strength Training classes are fun. We utilize free weights and medium to high repetition sets to keep the emphasis on developing toned, lean muscle mass.
Classes are well-structured and once you become familiar with the routine and get comfortable with what you can lift, you'll start making gains in no time.
Typically, we start the workout with legs and work our way through every major muscle group ending the workout with an ab routine that is always a challenge.
