How is Cardio Kickboxing Class Structured?

No two Cardio Kickboxing classes are the same!  This keeps you on your toes and guarantees you'll always be challenged!  All of the drills and routines are based on the fighting arts:  martial arts, kickboxing, boxing and mixed martial arts (MMA).
