It’s the weekend and it’s important to relax and recharge before the new week begins. This also means making time for yourself and your health. Join me Saturday morning at 8am for the Kickboxing + Boxing class. Kickboxing + Boxing is an intense workout providing the heart-healthy benefit of cardio exercise while offering the gains in agility, strength, balance and coordination that can be achieved through martial arts training. Exercise Is a Small Commitment in Comparison
Think about the typical 55 hours we have in a weekend. You’ll be running errands, doing laundry, relaxing on the couch, visiting with friends and hopefully finding time for some fun and entertainment. One hour out of your weekend to exercise is not asking a lot from you but it will give you the energy to accomplish everything you’d like over these hours.
Exercise in the Morning
Get your workout out of the way first thing Saturday morning. Kickboxing + Boxing meets at 8am on Saturday and we’ll have you on your way promptly at 9am.
